SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order is received we ship out within 48 business hours. Normal shipping takes between 3-5 business days excluding holidays within the US. For orders outside the US there is an additional shipping charge to ship. Please ensure that your products are correct prior to shipping to avoid extra costs paid by the purchaser for exchanges.

For custom orders there is a 7-10 day processing time before order is shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We want to prevent any cross contamination. Please ensure that your order is correct prior to shipping! We understand that mistakes happen however, if you want to make a change to your order please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Once products are shipped no changes can be made.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders come with tracking information. It is your responsibility to track your package once package has left our facility.
There will be NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS for any orders lost or stolen. If accommodations need to be made to an order that has been shipped please contact the shipping provider for changes.
